<p>Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Legacy of India Merimbula website or making a reservation. Reservations & Bookings</p><p>All reservation requests are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you have received a written confirmation from us via email or phone. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a reservation at our discretion.</p><p>- Reservations for groups of 8 or more may require a credit card hold or deposit<br>- Please notify us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking<br>- We hold reserved tables for 15 minutes past the booking time before releasing them</p><p>## 2. Cancellations & No-Shows</p><p>We understand that plans change. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation:</p><p>- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance — no charge applies<br>- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee<br>- No-shows for groups of 8 or more may result in a charge per person</p><p>To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact us as early as possible via our Contact page or by phone.</p><p>## 3. Functions & Private Events</p><p>All private function bookings are subject to a separate Functions Agreement, which will be provided upon enquiry. The following general terms apply:</p><p>- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a function booking<br>- Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event<br>- Cancellations within 14 days of the event may forfeit the deposit<br>- The venue reserves the right to limit noise levels and conclude events at the agreed time</p><p>## 4. Dietary & Allergen Information</p><p>Whilst we take all reasonable precautions, our kitchen handles a wide range of allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, shellfish, and eggs. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely allergen-free. Guests with severe allergies should advise us when booking and speak with a team member on arrival.</p><p>## 5. Website Use</p><p>The content on our website is provided for general information only. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any information on the site. We reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time without notice.</p><p>You may not use our website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to other users.
